K3B can't find installed executables

Sorry I referenced the wrong distribution. The commands are actually
getfacl/setfacl, but the information applies to Ubuntu as well. I use
these commands to set up security on files and directories so that I can
have the access I need without giving the same access to everyone else
and also without changing the default privileges and ownership.
