KMAIL: Cant send email without a "TO" address

ahhh ok steve.. I always hit CANCEL and use my ISP email address in the TO 
line even though I dont use that address for anything other than billing 
statements from my ISP just to satisfy KMAIL to stop nagging that there is 
nothing in the TO: line.  And it sends fine then.
