Adding contact to address book in KMAIL fails.

Personal Contacts: Unable to write to file 
'/home/chris/.local/share/contacts//6fP7Zlqawt.vcf': No such file or directory


I am using Kubuntu 12.04 LTS. fully up to date.. I use KSPLICE to where I dont 
have to reboot for updates / Kernel automatically does all that for me. 


When trying to add this forum to my KMAIL addressbook ( and this is the first 
time I have used kmail ever since I installed Kubuntu in Nov 2013) I get this 
error when trying to add someone to the address book. That error message above 
popped up on my screen.
