ubuntu server mirror errors bzip2

This is definitely the wrong list, as Kubuntu is not a
server-targetted distribution, but for the KDE workspace.
You should try the ubuntu-users@ list, there is a ubuntu-server@
mailing list but apparently only for developers of the server distro.
FWIW, there is a complete list of Ubuntu-related mailing lsits
available here: https://lists.ubuntu.com/
