ubuntu server mirror errors bzip2

Hello all,

don't know if Im correct here, but can not find a ubuntu-server -mailinglist.

Im having problems with ubuntu-server and apt getting sum mismatch, not a bzip2 file and sometimes error 404:

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.

I changed the mirrors to en, us and without a country-code with no luck, same problems.
Also: rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* no luck.
I also did a test with debian7.1 and ubuntu-server13.04 with no problems.

Can someone help?
