Konqueror CSV previews

Noticed today - Kubuntu 12.10 and KDE 4.9.3 - that going into a folder 
containing CSV files brings up a window "Import Data - kio_thumbnail" to which 
the only way of getting rid of is to select OK as Cancel just brings it up 
again. Trouble is, going back to the same folder later brings up the same 
dialogue window.

Is there any way of getting rid of just the CSV previews?

I've found this https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50382 bug, but it was 
last modified back in 2003!
