I differ with you - for once I did an upgrade instead of "clean install
+ reinstall of x applications" and almost everything works better than
my 11.10 w KDE 4.7.4 install did.

For my KMail is much more stable though I hate not having
"autocompletion of email address" and distribution lists working. Have
saved my lists as templates to get around that one.

Some filters behave a bit weird, the spam filter refuses to set mails as
read after moving them to spam folder (my addition to the standard
filter) and I get notified of "new mail" even when it is my own sent
mails that are the "new" ones.

And some odd behaviour in webkit (Rekonq) but those will be sorted.
Until then I use Firefox and have no problems with that.

Note: I only use pop mail accounts, no Imap. And I weed out old email
regularly so do not have "massive" mail folders.

Kindly,
Sinclair
