Files at ~/.kde/ Directory

The files in ~/.kde are all the configuration, customization, and cache
files for kde.  It shouldn't contribute to your long start-up time.  KDE
itself does that.  To decrease the start up time, save a session with very
little running.  Remove any widget you don't use.  Take things out of
~/.kde/Autostart.
