There's one person trying to work on Quanta as he can. There's hope that 
it can be brought up to KDE4.x.

It's a shame that the developers are willing to let such a great 
application die. Even as crippled as it's been the last couple years 
it's still the best web editing software out there. Bluefish is close to 
a great app. Just missing a couple three things.
