Oneiric and old/new apps

As one who maintains a web site mostly by copying and pasting simple HTML, 
Kate works fine for editing but AFAIK doesn't allow me to jump back and forth 
from edit text to HTML view without saving like Quanta Plus.

Kubuntu 11.04 still has Quanta Plus with the following packages:

quanta  				4.3.5.10-0ubuntu4

quanta-data		  	4.3.5.10-0ubuntu4

kfilereplace-kde3		4.3.5.10-0ubuntu4

Would these work in 11.10?
