Amazing! I've seen some pretty weird places to put stuff in KDE4, but that
takes the cake. Thank you very much.
The really strange thing is that until my settings got blown away by the
natty upgrade, everything looked (here) exactly the way it did in KDE3:
i.e., I could access the per-calendar settings directly inside kontact.
Well, never mind; I'm just thankful that you knew where I needed to go to
allow me to use remote calendars again.
