#yiv1622042071 p {margin:0;}I've had a similar problem for multiple releases.
Install wicd and then remove network manager and associated apps (there's 3 or 4 as I recall).  The removal used to be part of the wicd install script.
Start wicd with wcid-client

Subject: Natty and wireless problems

Hello!

Upgraded to Natty last night and when i booted today I cant get my
wireless network to activate. When I in the network applet click on
the wireless checkbox to activate it, it immediately deactivates by
itself.

Anybody else have this problem?

/ Jonas
