Sleep not working Properly

Hello Everybody,

I am having Nvidia 'GeForce 9200M G' card on my MSI Laptop & im experiencing
random issues with 'sleep' mode.
In previous Kubuntu versions it use to be very smooth but since 11.04 beta2
it freezes from no where.
I tried many random tests to find out the reason but couldn't succeed.
