It is actually quite easy to add to the "ham-filter" the action of 
moving it to inbox after marking (or whereever you want to move it), 
just look in the Filters and you will find it. Add the action required 
and you are fine.

I do not like bogofilter so I recommend you install spambayes via the 
package manager. It will then show up as a possible filter choice in 
Kmail "spam config wizard". It needs training but I think it works 
better. I actually combine it with CRM114 (also found in the packages) 
and have 2 filters. Takes a bit of tinkering with the filter rules but 
works very well.
