zte mf636 on kubuntu 10.04

Hi Everybody;

I have a ZTE MF636 modem and i wanna use it ob kubuntu. I have installed 
umtsmon from its .deb package with all dependencies, i input the device to 
my pc now then when its light look green i open umts mon and i see my gsm 
operators name and signal strength on umtsmon. Then i try to connect with it 
to internet and i open the connection properties on umtsmon but i dont know 
what must i do in here username and password fields...

I use Avea in Turkey.

On the other hand when i try to use this device with kppp it hadshake with 
my 3g modem and it look like working good when i query modem in kppp.

But then i input strings to the empty fields from this picture; 
http://tr.pardus-wiki.org/Dosya:Statik8.jpg then i click ok but when i click 
connect after it kpp says querying modem than looks freeze and nothing was 
happened...

I cant understand where is the problem and how can i resolve it...

My lsusb and lupci outputs ae attached to this mail...
