Yes

Thanks to krandrtray to automatically detect that my laptop is
connected to an additional monitor.
But if power on my laptop with my monitor connected, then VGA1 is the
display 1 and task bar is on VGA1. If power on without monitor,
connect my monitor and login, then LVDS1 is the Display 1 and task bar
is on LVDS1.
Task bar on LVDS1 is what I expect what ever I power on with or
without monitor connected.

I didn't install extra driver than ones provided with Kubuntu

I don't want to go back to script to setup monitors. I hope used
standard functionality of krandrtray
