Turn off preview on Desktop folders

That is the Folder View plasma widget, and I don't see anyway to 
disable this. It's not really a preview, it is a way of navigating into 
subfolders from within the applet without having to open a file 
manager, a feature added by request from a good number of users.

Unfortunately, the K|DE devs add it without adding a way to switch it 
off, so there is a request for that here:
