Virtualbox after 10.04 upgrade

I'm running a downloaded  VB:


virtualbox-3.1_3.1.6-59338_Ubuntu_karmic_amd64.deb

and it has been running fine since early in the 10.4 beta.  

I'd go get the karmic version from the VB site and give it a try.
