If downloading it at the office is not an option for you, there still
are buying and downloading from a friend's.
Whether those are options for you isn't something I can decide.

There is a Netbeans version for Linux, you know...
Also, where Netbeans is an option we shouldn't forget about
Eclipse...
Seeing as I don't develop in any C derivative if I can help it, I
can't really help you much. I seem to remember somebody praising
Anjuta, but that was several years ago and I don't know whether it is
still as good as it used to be.
Have you tried googling for "linux c++ ide" or something similar?

If you download it from Sun, I think they have a Netbeans + JDK
package that can be downloaded. Not sure whether that includes the C
development option...
