Please do not include the new Kaddress book in KDE SC 4.4

I don't really know the guy, but he responds to bug reports and
feature requests. Most KDE devs are rather reasonable once you
convince them, but convincing them that a feature is necessary is an
art (and it won't happen if only one user needs any particular feature
anymore like it was in the KDE 3 days).

file a bug here:
