Please do not include the new Kaddress book in KDE SC 4.4

Then why are you using KDE? Did you not notice all the features that
disappeared when:
KDE 3 -> KDE 4
Koffice 1 -> Koffice 2
Amarok 1 -> Amarok 2
Kdevelop 3 -> Kdevelop 4
The dropping of features is expected between KDE releases. Note that
one cannot include the old Kaddressbook in KDE SC 4.4 so Kaddressbook
users cannot upgrade to that version. Which means that they cannot
upgrade to Kubuntu 10.04 LTS.
