Problem with Live CD Karmic 64bit

It would appear that on Jan 11, Steven Vollom did say:

Two thoughts come to mind Steven.

1) Is your cd drive setup as a boot device in your bios? 
   (and if so is it listed before your harddrive?)

2) When you downloaded the live cd, _HOW_ did you burn it to disc?
   (Some burner applications need to be told that they are burning an
   iso image rather than a data file...)
