No plasma desktop nor panel after upgrade to KDE SC 4.4 beta 2

hmm... didn't happen with me, but nepomuk has been disabled long long
long ago here as it is a procesor hog at the most unsuitable times.
is krunner working? can you try alt+f2, and then attempt starting
plasma-desktop? even better, start konsole, and start plasma from there
to see any errors.
if no, switch to TTY1, login, and start plasma-desktop to be run on the
X screen. been a long while since i did that, so forgot how, but you can
instuct a command open its window in a certain screen.
