device notifyer

Two issues with the device notifyer, maybe someone knows how to get 
around it
Kubuntu 9.10 w KDE 4.3.5

when I insert a usb disk I would like the notifyer to either:
1. by default open it in Dolphin when I click on it in the notifyer
2. or at least, if I must get the choices. put File Manager ON TOP of 
the list

I would like something like "left-click opens with choice of 
filemanager, right-click gives you options"

any ideas anyone?
