Strange Konqueror Problem

Seriously? I'm starting to ask myself how proficient you are at 
reading english...

user at localhost> apt-cache search "Web Archiver"
konqueror-plugin-webarchiver - Web archiver plugin for konqueror
konq-plugins - Module für Konqueror, den KDE-Datei-/Web-/Dok-Browser

Install either of them, and you're done...

Are you using the same konqueror on the same system to open them? The 
error message suggests otherwise...
If so, you definitely have read permissions?
