32 bit vs 64 bit

Depends on how much memory. It's not worth the bother, IMHO, if less
than 4 gigs of memory is available. It seemed to run slightly slower for
me, on my Athlon64 with 2 gigs of memory, and I went back to 32bit.
Heh, I remember when people drove for miles to come to my house to see
an Apple ][- with 64k of memory and a floppy drive. Now my 2 gigs is a
pittance and the Athlon64-3200 is almost an antique. But, if you plan on
adding more memory, then I'd say go for it, after reading a few more
replies to get a general consensus. :) Ric
