Jaunty icons mising from KEditFileType

I tried to edit the properties an a Plasmoid - in this case 
srciptedimage.plasmoid. When I first did as you described I could select from 
all the System Icons. Then I added another application to this file type and 
now the drop down for System Icons is grayed out and unselectable.
