yes, via a akonadi plugin:

  sudo apt-get install akonadi-kde-resource-googledata 

Then add the google calendar and address book resource in SystemSettings |
Advanced | Akondai setup

Also you need to add the akonadi resource into the calendar and address
book in 
  System Settings|Advanced|KDE Resources (this may already be done)


This has been working quite well for me.
