Hey, thanks for that tip. I never even tried if there was a context menu 
for the toolbar, so this is much easier than what I suggested in a 
previous mail. :)

That's interesting because I just tested the kmail version of the 
Kubuntu 9.04 LiveCD. There the spam button seemed to work.

I can confirm that the buttons seem to be at fixed positions although 
for me they were at the beginning of the toolbar. However I had changed 
some other buttons already before I added the spam/nospam buttons.
