Print Preview in KDE4 like in KDE3?

Hello folks,

I've learned over the years to use KDE 3's "Preview" checkbox when going 
to print something.  This is especially true when printing from 
Konqueror, which I do frequently, but I've also done it in several other 
KDE apps.

However, it seems that this functionality (present in KDE 3's 
"kprinter") isn't readily apparent to me in KDE 4.  Can someone tell me 
how to get to this?
