Good for you that you liked it. When Dolphin (or whatever the KDE3
version of it was called) was forced as default file manager in Kubuntu
the look of it was ugly and it wasn't usable for me. Therefore I
uninstalled it and kept using Konqueror. I also read the rumors that
Konqueror would become crippled to be only a web browser. But usually I
don't care about rumors. And the Jaunty version of Konqueror has the
file manager features.

Too much work for me :) I would have to configure Dolphin to make it
usable which may be possible with the Jaunty version. Then I would have
to learn to use it. But why should I? I use Konqueror because it has all
the file manager features I need. It was quite easy to setup Konqueror
as default file manager and I have never seen Dolphin again.

It seems like we are both happy with what we get with Kubuntu. You
prefer Dolphin and I prefer Konqueror.
