upgrade 8.04 -> 9.04+kde3: how?

Name some.  I don't think they're missing (at least mostly), but some have 
been extracted from Konqueror itself, and have become packages of their own.  
You may need to install other packages.  

Telling us Konqueror is crippled in KDE4 is completely unhelpful - tell us 
what it's missing, and we'll either tell you how to get it back or we'll 
file the bugs.
