Files shared when accessd with kubuntu.

hi all,
I dual boot my kubuntu 9.04 wit windows vista home premium.All my files are in my vista partition and when accessed from kubutnu they turn out shared whenever i reboot in vista.can anyone tell me how to stop this sharing cause i have to do it myself any time i reboot in vista.
