Thanks for your replies, guys.

Looks like I've found the reason. I used both xserver and nvidia drivers 
from ppa repository 
(http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates/ubuntu ) - actually i 
hoped that my ATI will work better with them. I commented this 
repository and installed xserver and nvidia driver from ubuntu 
repositories. They looks much stable.

But now I'm not able to lock screen neither by Ctrl+Alt+L nor by right 
click=>Lock Screen menu entry....
