Use Amarak. On the sites you mention, instead of left clicking on the link, 
right click and choose to copy link location
In Amarok select "My Playlist". 
In the menu, under Playlists, select "Add stream" and paste the link location 
in the dialog box that appears.

This is in Amarok 2.1.1. Don't know about the other versions.
