streaming radio in 9.04

I would like to stream my favorite public radio station.  When I go to the web 
site and click on listen I get the message: 

Please install the WMV Flip4Mac plugin 

 This happens in both Konqueror and Firefox.  When I search for that plug in I 
have not been able to find it.

  The question is how can I set up 9.04 to stream radio?   Am I even trying to 
do it with the right software?
