No Knode in Kontact

When I installed KNode, I hoped that I would see a way to integrate it 
with Kontact.  I did not, but KNode magically integrated itself.  
Possibly, I had to exit Kontact and restart it.

Are there any other optional applications that magically integrate 
themselves in Kontact?
