Quick Access Icons on the panel

I apologize for wasting your time, I was looking for the properties settings I 
usually change Icons with.  Also, I have been in that page so many times 
without an appearance question, I just didn't notice it.  Very foolish 
mistakes, sorry.  Thanks for your kindness though.
