no. the name, i admit, is somewhat deceiving, but it doesn't actually
upgrade to another distribution. that might have been the intended
feature when it was first created, but the way the ubuntu repositories
work, this can't happen. to update to a new version of ubuntu, you
have to manually add the repository of the new system. if not, no
chances of apt-get or aptitude being able to upgrade to a new system,
since all the software it has is the jaunty software in the jaunty
repos you have in you list :)
