Dear David,

I hope you get this.  I have not been well recently, but have done a little
computer work while off my food.  I don't know if it is a vicious flu, or the
effects of a hit on the head that happened about 10 days ago, but I am
nauseated and unable to eat well, and have balance problems when I get out of
bed.  I am considering seeing a doctor, even though, I put in a request with
GOD.
