Wallpaper in latest KDE4.2

I just noticed the same thing on my boy's box. I chose a different wallpaper and it showed up in 
the preview window. I then chose the original one that I had at first , and it too showed up in 
the preview window and then clicking 'Apply' made it appear on the desktop.
