That is something I'll try, sounds neat.

Now I have another question.  The machine is 8.04 LTS with kde-4 pulled in.  I 
find that an attempt to 'ssh -l only-user ad.dr.e.ss' is a "connection 
refused".

I believe sshd is running as it does show up in an lsof, so why is a legit 
user not asked for his passwd, and if the given one is correct, allowed in?
