Actually, I have Weatherbug plasmoid working on my computer:
Linux kubuntu 2.6.27-11-generic #1 SMP Thu Jan 29 19:28:32 UTC 2009
x86_64 GNU/Linux
KDE: 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0)
And it works quite well since that last update from KDE 4.1.3 to 4.2.0
removed it as incompatible. Go figure!
