Letters lag behind my keyboard strokes. Intrepid 32bit KDE 4.2

Someone gave instruction to check the load.  I sent him the info, but it would 
be nice to know what the info means.  For instance what is too much?  I think 
one load factor was 1.19 and one was 1.09, I also think one was 1.14.  I am 
trying to recall from a terrible memory.  It is probably accurate though 
because it tickled my interest.

Sometimes I reverse letters, like lkie, I think by rushing, but the cap 'T' it 
think happens because I type faster than the lag on the letters.  Is that 
possible?
