re hot to documents and bootdisk

Does anyone know how I can get hold of all the
How to documentation for linux as under /usr/doc/HOWTO directory there is nothing,
also I would like to create a bootdisk for Kubuntu, as I have been onto the
www.linuxdoc.org/ but cant seem to site them???????
