How do I change to alphabetical order? Kubuntu Intrepid KDE 4.1.4

Even the help feature of intrepid has a random order for items.  Is it 
possible to change all list items to be in alphabetical order.  For example 
can the help items be put in alphabetical order or Home contents or user 
contents.  Wherever there is a list of items in my computer, I would like them 
to be in alphabetical order.  Is this possible.  Thanks!
