Alternatively, use your motherboard manual or, take your motherboard
model from the boot up prompt or, if anything else fails from reading
directly from the board.
With your mobo manufacturer and model name, you can easily look up the
technical specs and you will know for sure, which type of RAM to choose.
Also note that within a group of RAM specifications, you can usually use
quicker models, if yours' are not availalbe.
Ex. DDR-400 can be used for a DDR-266 spec mobo, or SDRAM-133 will fit
for a SDRAM-100 Spec. motherboard.
NOT VICE VERSA!
