Kubuntu-intrepid kpdf? (obsoleted? by kubuntu or kde.org??)

If you mean the "review" function (it sounds like you do), you need to be
really careful about how you use this. It's not really annotating the PDF.

The way it works is probably fine for use on a home computer by one user,
though.
