A response that followed made the suggestion. Said it worked better. No, I
have kde 4.2.2, and have for a long time. On the other computer, I have 4.3
Rc3, but I don't often spend much time in Karmic, because the computer is so
slow.
I still have the following to contend with before I can install skanlite, and
I don't know how to do it:
