Ubuntu or Kubuntu problem with nautilus?

When a new media device is detected in Kubuntu, nautilus automatically 
starts. Oops!

Amazingly, being gnome, they allow you to switch off this behaviour in 
nautilus' prefs: Browse media when inserted. Very trusing of them, I 
thought.

However, surely this shouldn't happen when using Kubuntu. In fact, after 
a few week's use, it only started happening yesterday. No idea why, 
probably an update somewhere.

But to whom should I report this?
